People Operations Infrastructure.

Running the work is the floor, not the ceiling. As we learn how your business operates, we strengthen the systems, rhythms, and decision points behind the work so HR becomes easier to run, easier to trust, and easier to scale.

This may include:

  • Clarifying roles, responsibilities, and decision rights
  • Improving HR systems, workflows, and documentation
  • Building manager tools for performance, feedback, and accountability
  • Coordinating vendors across payroll, benefits, HR technology, and
    employee resources
  • Creating practical roadmaps for the people priorities that need attention next

How the Partnership Starts: The First 30 Days

Month one is about understanding how things work today and transitioning responsibilities cleanly. In the first month we:

Step 01

Review and document your HR, payroll, onboarding, offboarding, and people-ops workflows.

Step 02

Meet with key leaders to understand priorities, challenges, and opportunities.

Step 03

Run payroll side-by-side with your existing team before taking it on.

Step 04

Flag immediate risks, opportunities, and process gaps.

Step 05

Build a prioritized roadmap for the first six months.

Step 06

Set up clear communication, escalation, and support processes.

By the end of month one, core responsibilities are transitioning, current processes are understood, and we have agreed-upon priorities for the partnership.
